Call for Technical and Financial Proposals for Training Manual Development

Terms of Reference (ToR) 

The Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) is implementing a program to provide a three-days training to journalists from Koshi, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces on gender-sensitive economic journalism, with the support of the GIZ, jointly financed by the European Union (EU) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

FNJ seeks the services of a qualified and experienced Resource Person/Consultant to develop a comprehensive training manual for the three-day training program.

Interested and qualified Resource Persons are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals, including a detailed breakdown of the proposed budget in Nepali Rupees (NPR).

Proposals may be submitted either electronically to [email protected] with the email subject line “Manual Development,” or in a sealed envelope to the FNJ office during office hours. All proposals must be submitted by 12 October 2026.

Interested applicants are requested to review the attached Terms of Reference (ToR) for detailed information regarding the scope of work, required qualifications and experience, expected deliverables, and other relevant requirements.
